I recently went through all of my old cassettes, DAT tapes and VHS tapes and found tons of old guitar solos, interesting musical passages, 4 track recordings, live video footage, and some truly embarrassing things. Here they are for your listening and viewing pleasure.
1985 Ronnie Starr Munroe
'Stroke Of Love' This is from my very first time in the recording studio. The song and the artist were absolutely terrible so this is just my solo part. This is the day i met Eric Valentine and Dan Arlie for the first time. After they heard this solo, they asked me if i might be interested in tracking guitar for their band, T-Ride (at the time it was called 'Telluride').
1986 Dave Candell
'Too Tough For Love' I was 16 when i did this solo session for Dave Candell. Dave was a good friend of T-Ride.
'Misc Song' I don't remember the name of this tune.
1984-87 Ibskibt
This was my high school band. We were in the studio constantly but there is surprisingly little left to hear.

1990-94 T-Ride
'Raw Power' This is an interview that Dan and I did for a show on UK MTV. George Clinton and his band were staying in the same hotel as us and the evening before we all had a fewwwww pints. I was so hung-over during this interview that i could barely speak. Don't ask me where my other glove went.
'Passport 1992' This is the world famous Macy's/Passport Fashion Show/AIDS benefit at Fort Mason Center in San Francisco. I rocked out a solo to an AC/DC track while all the supermodels pranced around me. Claudia Schiffer and i joked about farting right before we got on stage. And it was all for charity!
'The Satch Tapes' Joe asked me if i wouldn't mind being interviewed for a video he was releasing. I said cool as long as it's not animal porn. The video director stood me in front of a dumpster in back of Tower Records (don't all guitar players hang out by dumpsters?) and asked me stupid questions for about an hour. These are my stupid answers!
'Backdoor Romeo' and 'Zombies From Hell' - Directed by Samuel Bayer.
Both videos were featured on MTVs 'Headbanger's Ball' and eventually Rikki Rachman had us on the show for an interview. Before the cameras rolled, he made it clear to us that he did not like US. I miss the days back when MTV was all about quality.

T-Ride LIVE- This is a compilation of all the live videos i have left over from the T-Ride tour 1992-3. We were out with Shotgun Messiah, Tora Tora, Ugly Kidd Joe, Joe Satriani, and White Zombie traveling through Europe, Canada, Mexico and the US. All of my VHS tapes were destroyed in a house fire many years ago and this is all the footage that's left.

I always thought this band was special. We recorded over 30 songs and had the Bill Graham Management team on our side. One day the singer did acid and decided that i was the devil. It must have been good acid to see through my clever disguise.

I toured and recorded with SRC for a long time and I was in both of their 'Sonic Jihad' videos. We travelled all over the USA and Europe and somehow managed to find a Walmart in almost every city. Ah, memories...
'Breed Remix'
'Vulcan' This video was shot in a Los Angeles strip club. We showed up on set at 5 am. Someone brought a bottle of Hennesy to the set and for some reason, we all drank some. That really put a tint on the whole day. I usually keep my mornings for tequila...

Vulcan Video
'How Soon Is Now?' This video was directed by the famous porn director, Gregory Dark. We shot it downtown Los Angeles at a gorgeous old hotel that had diminished to a transient hotel over the years. When the stunt-woman did the dive off of the roof, she clipped her ankle on the landing and broke her foot.

'On Top Of The World', directed by Evan Richards. We got a sweet deal on the location, the crew, the lights and the camera. The only stipulation was that we had to fly red-eye to London to shoot it. We showed up on set after flying for 12 hours with no sleep. Apparently they shoot a lot of porno movies on this set. I looked for stray pubes but I couldn't find any.
After the shoot, Susan, Mike and I went out and drank Absinthe Martinis. It was like liquid crack. We tore London apart. I was the only one that did not vomit, and one of two that did not pee themselves. We had a blast.
On Top Of The World Video
'Magic'. Originally, this video was shot and directed by Dianne Carter in an old-folks home in Hollywood. It was a live performance video at first, but then Evan Richards, Kamma Pastoll and Abner Pastoll re-edited it with this cool animation. This song is featured in Disney's movie 'Ella Enchanted' and on the soundtrack.

'78 Stimulator LIVE' When Stimulator was on tour with Duran Duran, I made a point of video-taping every performance. I put the camera on my amp, at FOH, or anywhere else i could set it. This video is a compilation of all of those performances.
